Not at all! Many of our clients provide access instructions, and we clean while you're at work. We're fully insured for your peace of mind.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Charlotte (282xx), Monroe (281xx), Pineville, NC, and Fort Mill, SC. We also cover Matthews, Mint Hill, and Indian Trail. Contact us if you're unsure — we'll let you know right away.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. If you prefer a specific product, you can provide it and we will use it on the day of the cleaning.
How should I prepare for cleaning day?
Please pick up clothes, toys, and personal items around the home before we arrive. We also ask that the kitchen sink be empty so we can clean the area properly.
Are there any areas you cannot clean?
For safety and service quality, clogged sinks, clogged bathtubs, and clogged toilets will not be cleaned until the plumbing issue is resolved.
How is the price calculated?
